Three cast iron pans with diameters of 16, 20, and 26 cm, without a non-stick coating. They come pre-treated with vegetable oil and are ready to be seasoned.

Why this cast iron set?

Cast iron gets hot, stays hot, and distributes heat evenly. With each use and a little oil, it develops its own smooth patina.

For every portion: 16 cm for an egg, 20 cm for everyday use, 26 cm for meat and skillet meals
Sear at high heat: the pan loses very little heat when cold meat is added
Works on every stove: induction, gas, electric, and even an open fire
Pour cleanly: spouts on both sides for fat and pan juices

Pans you don't replace, but season.

Let the pan heat up slowly and rub it with a thin layer of oil after washing. Then dry it thoroughly. Cast iron is heavy and the handles get hot, so keep an oven mitt handy.
