This brace guides crossed straps over both shoulders and holds them in place with two firm vertical stays along the spine. The back panels are ventilated, so it remains comfortable to wear even during a long stretch at your desk. The straps can be tightened while seated without taking the whole brace off.
A soft elastic band gives way after twenty minutes, and you have to start over. The two vertical stays give the brace something solid to work against, so the adjustment holds. Neoprene stays flexible where the brace wraps around you and firm where the stays are positioned.

Put your arms through the loops as you would with a backpack, then pull the front straps downward until your shoulders naturally move back. Start with shorter sessions and extend them once it feels normal. Hand wash and air dry; neoprene does not like a hot dryer.
